The FLTS V.2015 software represents a significant milestone as it becomes the first of its kind to receive official authorization from KTKĐCLGD. This achievement is a testament to the painstaking efforts of leading experts in the field of examination, with contributions from Hue University of Foreign Languages (Hue University), KOBO Joint Stock Company, and Vietnam Education Trade and Development Limited Company.
Noteworthy features of the FLTS V.2015 software include its remarkable stability, flexibility, and adaptability to accommodate the 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework, as well as various international foreign language examination formats.
The software garnered accolades during a seminar titled “FLTS Foreign Language Software” held in Hue on July 23-24, 2014, where Deputy Minister Nguyen Vinh Hien and eminent examination experts lauded its potential. Subsequent discussions and presentations further highlighted the software’s application at Hue University of Foreign Languages (Hue University), bringing together key figures from KTKĐCLGD, the National Foreign Language 2020 Project Management Board, and a panel of English examination experts on February 12, 2015, at the Ministry of Education and Training.
On March 8, 2015, in Vinh, the FLTS V.2015 software was successfully employed to administer competency assessment exams based on the 6-level framework, serving nearly 500 candidates. The event unfolded with the presence of esteemed witnesses, including Deputy Head of the Examination Department Phạm Xuân Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training in Nghệ An Province, and the Deputy Principal of Vinh University of Pedagogy and Technology. Professors from Hue University of Foreign Languages (Hue University) and technology and industry experts also lent their expertise to this momentous occasion.
